Dr. Niki Pearson, Chiropractor

Dr. Niki Pearson was born in Illinois, near the birthplace of Chiropractic. Her interest in the Chiropractic profession began after a debilitating injury as a teenager landed her in a chiropractor’s office for a “last resort” option. A life changing recovery led her on the journey to pursue chiropractic as a career.

Dr. Niki has an undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She opened Pearson Chiropractic in 2010 and was awarded the prestigious “Best of Omaha” vote four consecutive years. For the past 4 years she has teamed up with pediatric specialist, Dr. Bethany Cannon, to help create a healthier community.

With a vision to have a greater impact on the community, the team moved the practice into a new, larger location with a new name, Restore Chiropractic Center. The vision behind the name Restore Chiropractic Center is to do exactly as the founder of chiropractic, BJ Palmer, envisioned; restoration of health to all who endure the journey.
She travels over 5,000 miles per year to attend post graduate and educational classes in order to keep up on the latest research.  She is currently working on completion of the scholarly 100 hour course of the Academy of Chiropractic Philosophers.

Dr. Niki is a busy mother of 3 children, Lyla, Claire and Kyler. Dr. Niki loves spending time with her children and her husband Mark as well . In her spare time, she has a passion for exercising and healthy cooking.

Dr. Bethany Cannon, Chiropractor

Dr. Bethany Cannon is originally from northeast Iowa where she attended the University of Northern Iowa. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in biology. While there, after learning extensively about the anatomy and physiology of the human body, she decided to become a chiropractor to help in the body’s amazing self-healing abilities. Dr. Bethany attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and graduated with salutatorian honors. While at Palmer, she worked as a pediatric teaching assistant and radiology assistant helping to teach other students. She also participated in a chiropractic mission trip to Manaus, Brazil and was able to experience the joy of spreading chiropractic care to different areas of the world.

She began working with Dr. Niki Pearson at Pearson Chiropractic in 2011. She has enjoyed continually serving our practice members at the new location and new name – Restore Chiropractic Center and helping share the vision of restoring health with the community.

Dr. Bethany continued her education through special training from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association focused on pediatric and pregnancy chiropractic care. Dr. Bethany is certified in the Webster’s Technique, a type of chiropractic care specific to pregnant woman.

Dr. Bethany and her husband Tyler have two children, Colby and Mae. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and taking advantage of Omaha’s variety of play and musical performances.

Dr. Stephen Stinn, Chiropractor

Dr. Stephen grew up in small town Iowa, just an hour away from the Omaha Metro. He attended Creighton University and Iowa State University for his undergraduate studies before moving on to Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2016. Stephen has always wanted to practice in the Omaha area but what specifically drew him to Elkhorn were the young families, fantastic school systems, and the feeling of community.

Stephen is involved with TeamMates Mentoring and the Western Douglas County Chamber of Commerce scholarship committee that raises money to help local high school seniors attend college in Nebraska. With any free time, Stephen usually reads and finds time to watch the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

Hannah Carlson, Front Desk Coordinator

Hannah is from a small, southcentral Nebraska town. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, going to movies, and spending time with her fiancé, friends, and family.
